1. How can I place an order for with you for the first time?

You can call us at 800/442-4440 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Pacific, and anyone who answers the phone can help you. We will gather some information on what you are interested in, set up your pricing, and process your order. If you prefer, you can fax us at 818/991-6533 24 hours a day/7 days a week. We will respond to your fax just as soon as we receive it. You can also email us at Sales@solutionspartner.com for equally prompt service.

2. How can I place a re-order with you?

You can contact your Account Manager directly via telephone, fax or email. However, any manner you choose to contact us will be handled by someone in the office in a timely manner. Our entire staff is empowered to answer your question, research your account, and fulfill whatever need you have at that time.

3. How long will my product take?

That depends on your product. Stock items ordered directly from the manufacturer take a matter of days. Your custom products that we have manufactured and stored for you in one of our strategically based warehouses are at most times just a day away. Production times for products vary based on the product and its specifications. Your Account Manager will advise you of this timeline when you place the order.

4. What is the minimum quantity for a custom order?

Minimum orders vary based on the product. There are many cases were minimum orders for custom products are very, very low. There are also many different ways we can help you to obtain a product you are looking for. 5. Do you have a price list?

Because most of our pricing structures are based on quantities and specifications that are unique to your individual clients, it is easier for us to customize pricing structures for each company or firm. Please contact us with questions for a prompt response. Our pricing is MOST competitive.

6. I don't have the room to store as much product as it would take to achieve a price break. How can you help me utilize my own buying power?

With several strategically placed warehouses throughout the United States, we allow you to order large but useable quantities for your exclusive use. If you can describe what it is you need, we will either suggest an existing stock product, or we can design a product that fits your needs. If you are currently using an item that just doesn't quite do what it is you need it to do, we can either modify that product or design one that will make you 100% happy.

10. I have a product that I like very much, but I can no longer find anyone who supplies it. Can you help me?

Absolutely. The best option is to send us a sample of what you are interested in and in most cases we can exactly replicate it. If you can not provide a sample of your product, but you can describe it and it's function, we can reconstruct the specs in order to replicate the item.
